Payment Policies
Payment Due at Time of Service
Co-pays, deductibles, and private-pay fees are collected at the time of each session.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Insurance Billing
We will bill your insurance on your behalf. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your plan.
